From St. Mary’s Quay (15 minute walk)

1. Walk up the quay towards the town
2. At The Mermaid Inn turn right onto Hugh Street
3. At the end of Hugh Street turn left onto The Parade
4. Continue walking onto Lower Stand (Town Beach will be on your right)
5. Continue walking left onto Telegraph Road
6. Turn Left into Porth Mellon Industrial Estate (opposite The Beach restaurant)
7. Follow the road around and you’ll spot us on the right

From St. Mary’s Airport (20 minute walk)

1. From the airport go down High Cross Lane
2. Turn Right onto Old Town Lane
3. At the end of the road turn left onto Telegraph Road
4. Keep left and continue on Telegraph Road
5. Turn Right into Porth Mellon Industrial Estate (opposite The Beach restaurant)
6. Follow the road around and you’ll spot us on the right

How to get your freight to St. Mary’s

1. Contact us
2. Let us know what items you need to transport, their weight and where they need to be delivered too.
3. Large items will need to be pre-booked at least 2 weeks in advance as space is limited.

We are able to deliver online groceries from ASDA and Tesco for £1.50 a crate.

Contact us in advance to let us know when your items will be delivered to Penzance and where & when you would like them delivered to on the islands.

Please do not assume you will receive your items the next day.

It is important you are at your accommodation to receive your items if they are frozen or chilled.

There is a small charge for this service and a 20kg weight limit on each item.

1. When you arrive at Penzance Quay for your Scillonian sailing collect the luggage labels from the Customer Shelter.
2. Fill out the label clearly with your details and your holiday address.
3. Drop your items off with the quay staff who will place your luggage in the delivery container.
4. On arrival to St. Mary’s your luggage will automatically be delivered to your holiday destination.
5. You will need to contact or visit us to pay for delivery and to arrange collection for your return journey.

Please note: Do not leave any important medication in your luggage as it can take up to 3 hours for it to be delivered.

Yes, you will need to book them at the same time as you book your own sailing then contact us to let us know you have additional items to be delivered.

For a small fee they will be delivered to your holiday destination.

It is a very easy process and we’ve been offering this service for over 40 years.

We work very closely with our mainland partners to assist in house removals to and from the island from all over the UK

For passengers travelling on the Scillonian with either a mobility scooter, wheelchairs or pushchair we can deliver these free of charge to your holiday destination.

Yes you can, please contact us in advance if any food you would like brought over and delivered.

Please note: We are not able to handle fresh or frozen dog food.

If you are camping on St. Mary’s your equipment is automatically picked up by the campsite.

If  your are camping on an off island your equipment will be automatically be transported to the island you’re camping on.
